01 About
I'm Dawood, a Minecraft server developer focused on building better servers rather than simply installing plugins and calling the job finished.
I've spent years working with Minecraft server systems, configurations, permissions, gameplay mechanics, moderation tools, performance problems and the small details that make a server actually feel complete.
Minecraft is where most of my experience is. Discord development and configuration has been another part of what I do since 2021, mainly for Minecraft communities.
I care about practical solutions, clean configurations, reliable systems and making sure owners actually understand what is being added to their server.

Now
Focused on advanced Minecraft development, server systems and custom solutions, with Discord work alongside it for the communities around those servers.
02 Main speciality
The main thing I do.
Minecraft development is a lot more than installing plugins. A good server is a set of systems that depend on each other: permissions decide what gameplay is possible, the economy depends on shops and rewards, and performance depends on all of it.
Pick any part of the server below to see what's involved.
MINECRAFT SERVER → GAMEPLAY
Gameplay is what players remember. How they progress, what they work towards and whether the systems feel like they belong together. Survival tweaks, custom mechanics, skills and rewards all sit here.
Eight areas I work in most. Open a card to see everything it covers.
A clean foundation, set up the right way from the start.
Getting complex plugins to work together without fighting each other.
Features built for your server specifically, mostly in Skript.
A staff setup that's quick to use and leaves a proper trail.
Finding what's actually causing the lag, then fixing that.
The systems players interact with every session.
Rank structures that make sense and stay that way.
Everything a player sees on screen, kept consistent.
Most servers don't need more plugins.
They need the right ones, set up properly.
03 Server architecture
Players only ever see the top layer. Everything underneath has to be right for that layer to feel good. Click a layer to pull it out and see what it does.
What people actually see
Everything else exists for this layer. Join messages, spawn, menus, chat, TAB and scoreboards. If this layer feels messy, players notice straight away, no matter how good the backend is.

Same process whether it's a single broken permission or a full server build. The steps just get bigger.
01
Understand the server and requirements.
02
Decide what needs to be built or changed.
03
Configure, develop and integrate the systems.
04
Check commands, permissions, gameplay and compatibility.
05
Resolve errors and unexpected behaviour.
06
Improve the player-facing experience.
07
Explain what was changed and how it works.
05 Ecosystem
The platforms and plugins that come up most in my work. Some I use on almost every project, others less often. If your server runs on something specific, ask and I'll tell you honestly how well I know it.

07 Projects
The types of projects I take on most often. Open one to see how that kind of job is usually approached, from the problem through to handover.
08 Secondary speciality
Supporting Minecraft communities beyond the server.
Alongside Minecraft development, I have been working with Discord development and configuration since 2021, primarily for gaming and Minecraft communities.
It's usually the other half of a Minecraft project: where players get support, where staff coordinate, and where the server's announcements end up.
MINECRAFT COMMUNITY
[MC] A player joined the server.
Examples of the modules a community bot is usually built from. Each one is set up around how your staff work.

I don't believe every project should have the same price. Small configuration work and full server development are completely different jobs, so pricing depends on what actually needs to be built.
For individual configuration problems or small changes.

10 Why me
Minecraft server development is the main speciality. Not a side service.
Years of working with actual server systems and configurations, not tutorials.
No complicated agency process. You talk to the person doing the work.
Focused on fair pricing instead of unnecessary costs.
The goal is to solve the actual problem, not simply add more plugins.
Systems should be understandable, maintainable and properly configured.
Technical systems should ultimately make the server better for players.
11 Reviews
Sample feedback Example messages used for this design. They show the kind of feedback I aim for and are not verified client reviews.
“The server setup was much cleaner after everything was configured properly. Communication was straightforward and the issues were actually explained instead of just patched.”
“Good understanding of Minecraft server systems and permissions. The work was focused on what we actually needed.”
“Easy to communicate with and genuinely understands Minecraft server configuration.”
“Our staff permissions finally make sense. Everyone has what they need and nothing extra, and it was all explained when it was handed over.”
“Asked for help with lag and got an actual explanation of what was causing it, not just a list of plugins to install.”

Yes. Existing configurations, plugin conflicts, permissions, gameplay systems and other technical problems can be reviewed and fixed.
No. Existing servers can also be improved, optimized and expanded. A lot of the work is making what's already there work properly.
It depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Send the details and I'll give you a clear quote before anything starts.
